Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead for Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 in India. The role focuses on AX2012 technical support, development in X++, and handling SD/Finance modules with extensive SSRS reporting and SQL tuning.

The candidate should have 6–9 years of related experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and readiness to engage in upgrades and integrations. D365 exposure is a plus for broader ERP maintenance.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of Dynamics AX 2012 experience.
• Strong AX 2012 Technical Support expertise.
• Proficient in X++ development & customization.
• Experience with SD/Finance modules.
• SSRS reports and SQL performance tuning know-how.
• ServiceNow incident management experience.
• D365 exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide AX 2012 Support & Development for clients.
• Develop in X++ and customize as required.
• Handle SD & Finance module configurations.
• Create/modify SSRS reports; optimize SQL performance.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow and maintain SLAs.
• Assist in release, upgrade and implementation projects.
• Support end-user activities pre- and post go-live.
