Job summary

Vrinda International in India invites an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O to design, develop, and architect enterprise ERP solutions.

You will lead integrations, migrations, and deployments, engage with clients, and guide project teams through end-to-end implementations across retail and POS, with a strong focus on DevOps and Power Platform.

This FTE role offers up to ₹20 LPA and requires 8+ years of hands-on Dynamics experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience in 4–8 end‑to‑end implementation projects, including Retail & POS.
• Strong expertise in X++, SSRS, AIF, and DIXF.
• Hands‑on experience in customization, upgrades, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform development and tools.
• Experience with AI & Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Excellent client‑facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in project documentation, RFP preparation, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
