Job summary

Enterprise Minds seeks a skilled D365 F&O production support specialist to handle technical production support, troubleshooting, and data integrity validation in a Bengaluru-based environment.

You will monitor batch jobs, analyze logs, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex D365 issues, while maintaining documentation and incident tracking in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience in D365 technical production support or implementation support.
• Knowledge of DMF, Data Entities, Batch Jobs, Integrations, and D365 logs.
• Strong SQL Server skills and SQL queries.
• Familiar with D365 integrations, APIs, IICS/Informatica, Middleware or SFTP.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce integration is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, communication, and incident management skills.
• Experience with large-scale D365 F&O production environments preferred.
