Job summary

Artech L.L.C. seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manager–SCM to drive HR and SCM implementations across core financial modules in a client-facing role. You will guide architecture, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment from discovery through post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ERP consulting with D365 F&O expertise, payroll experience, and strong stakeholder management. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP/SOX and Azure DevOps is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with at least 8–10 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially payroll.
• Experience leading large project teams and delivering global implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Visual Studio, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications such as MB330 for D365 SCM Functional Consultant Associate.

  • Talent attraction, Recruitment Management, Employee Self Service,
  • Leave Accruals & Approval, Performance Management, Training & Development,
  • General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Manage full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Define solution architecture and guide design decisions in alignment with client business objectives.
• Lead functional teams in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and configuration.
• Ensure quality delivery by mentoring consultants, reviewing functional deliverables, and managing timelines.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, resource planning, and profitability tracking.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic finance transformation initiatives.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates and advise clients on best practices to leverage new functionality.
• Collaborate across development, testing, and integration teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and modules in Dynamics 365 F&O will be an added advantage.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
• Strong understanding of HR / SCM business processes across:
• Hire to Retire (H2R)
• Proven experience managing end-to-end F&O HR + SCM implementations, including system configuration, data migration, and user adoption.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, SOX).
• Experience integrating D365 with Power Platform, Azure Services, and third‑party tools.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and use of Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with ability to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and security standards.
