Protiviti India is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 6–9 years of hands-on expertise in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. The role emphasizes end-to-end implementations, strong communication with clients, and knowledge of Service Management as a plus.

The candidate will lead workshops, drive requirement analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery

Qualifications

• 4–13 years of hands-on experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Excellent spoken English and strong client-facing communication skills.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementations across industries.
• Exposure to Service Management processes is a plus.
• Well-versed with latest functionalities in BC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Business Central implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and support modules across Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
• Provide expertise in Service Management processes (preferred).
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to lead the project team and ensure successful completion of project.
• Having experience with bi-directional integration requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, customization, and reporting.
• Deliver post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.
