Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a M365 Support Specialist to join our enterprise technology team. You will analyze complex infrastructure issues, design and integrate solutions across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments, and collaborate with Architects, Technicians and Project Managers to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

You will balance hands‑on delivery with strategic planning, automate processes, document architectures, and contribute to projects that enhance system performance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise within technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.

What you will do

Analyze and Solve

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes


• Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities


• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability


• Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions

Design and Integrate

• Plan end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies


• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments to ensure seamless operation


• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors


• Document architectures and procedures for hand‑offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity

Collaborate and Deliver

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians


• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines


• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders


• Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high‑impact results

Grow and Advance

• Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies
