Job summary

Infosys Equinox team seeks engineers to design, develop, validate and support omnichannel commerce platforms. You will analyze issues, review logs, troubleshoot, and coordinate with stakeholders to restore services promptly.

Strong skills in microservices, Node.js, Java, React and AI-driven e-commerce functionality are required to drive robust back-end and front-end capabilities. As part of a delivery team, you will participate in requirements gathering, estimation and delivering scalable

Qualifications

• Experience with microservices based architectures and front-/back-end integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Node.js, Java and React in commerce platforms.
• Exposure to cloud, Linux and automation for infra efficiency.
• Understanding of ITIL/incident management and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the issue identified and assess impact.
• Check logs, debug the issue, and triage effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution and root cause.
• Restore services and orchestrate remediation actions.
• Lead bridge calls for major incidents (P1) and track closure.
