MP Birla Hospital Satna is seeking a qualified microbiology professional to handle clinical sample processing, culture and sensitivity, AST, and microbial identification. The role requires precise diagnostic work within a hospital setting.

The incumbent will contribute to AMR surveillance, IQC/EQAS, NABH/NABH compliance, infection control, and thorough documentation with regular audits and CAPA, coordinating closely with clinicians and lab staff to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Clinical microbiology expertise including sample processing, culture and identification.
• Experience with AMR surveillance and infection control.
• Knowledge of NABH/NABL compliance and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical sample processing, culture and sensitivity, AST.
• Identify microorganisms and support AMR surveillance.
• Maintain IQC/EQAS, documentation, audits and CAPA.
• Coordinate with clinicians and laboratory staff to ensure timely reporting.

MS/M.Sc(Science) in Microbiology
