TE Connectivity seeks an experienced Facilities Leader to oversee the operation and maintenance of multiple facilities in Pune. You will manage infrastructure including DGs, compressors, UPS, chillers, STP/ETP, and drive TPM to achieve zero downtime while planning expansions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role requires 15–18 years in facilities, with strong budgeting and team development experience, and a track record of large capital projects involving civil or electrical works.

Job Description:
Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple/large physical facilities
Maintenance and Upkeep of facilities Infrastructure of the Plant like DG, Compressors, UPS, Chillers, STP, ETP to name a few.
Budgeting the facilities spend for the year.
Continuous development of the facilities team to enhance their capabilities.
Follow the TPM methodology for all facilities equipment’s and ensure Zero downtime.
Execution of projects [Energy & water] to reduce the carbon footprint of the Plant Setup Y-o-Y.
Planning and Execution of Expansion in Existing facility or Construction of New facilities.
Facility planning and Layout implementation for New Projects or Transfer Projects or changes in the existing manufacturing plant.
To ensure the Legal, and Statutory compliances of Facility Management as per EHS, OHSAS and other applicable requirements if any.
Support immediate reporting officer in all strategically and new developmental activities.
Completion of Projects as per agreed timeline
Statutory and Legal Compliances related to Facility management
Take care of Housekeeping and Gardening services in the Plant.
Take care of Utility Management such as Transformer, DG Set, Compressors, STP unit, Pump Room, chillers etc.
15-18 Years of Hands on Experience with Facilities equipment’s.
Atleast 5 yrs experience in Managing budget and team development.
Atleast one/two large capital project execution responsibility where major Civil , Electrical or other facility was added.
