Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing documents: work instructions and process sheets, plus FMEA and control plans.
• Design assembly fixtures and tools; modify fixtures/tools in SolidWorks.
• Lead project implementation: detailed process analysis, equipment requirements, and layout preparation.
• Drive process improvements through Kaizen and other productivity initiatives.

• Tool design-Design of assy fixtures and tools/Modification of assy fixtures and tools in SolidWorks
• Project Implementation-Detailed process analysis/Equipment requirement/Layout preparation etc
• Process improvement-Kaizan/bring new ideas to improve the process and productivity.
