Job summary

VAYUZ Technologies seeks an experienced Oracle MFCS/RMS developer to design, build, and enhance MFCS/RMS applications in a full project lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Kafka, and OIC.

The role requires hands-on PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX, and experience across MFCS components with AI-assisted development practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and enhance Oracle Retail MFCS/RMS applications.
• Participate in end-to-end MFCS implementations, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between MFCS and external applications using REST APIs, Kafka, OIC, and Middleware/ESB.
• Develop database components and customisations using PL/SQL.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for application processing and automation.
• Develop solutions using Oracle APEX where required.
• Work with JSON/XML for data exchange and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to validate requirements and solution designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and technical documentation.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery.
