Title: Assistant Manager – Administration, India, Aggregates

Introduction:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for operations of function in the plant, work with team for delivery to business areas at Metso Park. You will be building on strengthening the prevailing procedures in line with industry’s best practices aligning with the needs of our factory and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for managing the housekeeping and horticulture services for the entire plant and inculcate the best practices in the system.
  2. Involved in managing the people matters related to housekeeping and horticulture man force.
  3. Coordination with service providers and vendors and ensuring the compliances related to manpower services.
  4. You will monitor the safety of company assets, movement of vehicles or people in the property.
  5. Creating MIS reports.
  6. Managing the employee transport services and its operations in totality.
  7. Digitalizing of Admin procedures for better checks and controls.
  8. Maintaining the vendor evaluation scorecard for all vendors.
  9. Coordination with inter departments for admin operations and related tasks.
  10. Also ensure that our company code of conduct is being adhered.

To Succeed:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Fluency in English and Hindi language.
  3. 5-7 years of experience in admin (preferably with desired job domains of the profile) in India & Global environment.
  4. Experience of manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  5. Good IT skills with MS office tools.
  6. Attributes like eye for details, team working, hardworking, empathy and firmness are desired.
  7. A blend for technology driven gadgets related to security operations is must.
  8. Have good analytical skills.
  9. Excellent communication, collaboration & influencing skills.
