Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced MES developer to design, code and develop CIO/MIO Maps and workflows in Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar. You will lead CAMSTAR-based solutions, work on integrations with ERP, LIMS and HMI, and contribute to global project delivery with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar Designer.
• Camstar Portal development experience.
• Knowledge of COA/CIO/MIO interface connectivity.
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes and large, global projects.
• End-to-end life cycle MES implementation on a Camstar product.
• Experience in Camstar Upgrade.
• MES implementation leadership for the Factory Model.
• Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Manufacturing.
• Interfaces with Camstar MES and ERP/LIMS/HMI/external apps.
• Understanding of computer system validation and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets/incidents as part of the Support team.
• Understand user requirements and processes for site implementation.

Technical/Functional Skills

Hands on experience in Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar Designer

Hands on experience in Camstar Portal development

Good Understanding of the COA/ CIO / MIO interface connectivity

Knowledge on Azure Kubernetes

Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.

Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on one MES COTS product (e.g. Camstar Enterprise Platform)

Experience in Camstar Upgrade

Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model

Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Manufacturing

Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.

Should have a fair understanding of computer system and manufacturing validations process.

Experience in SQL

Experience Required 8 10 Years

The individual will function as Developer and responsible to Design, Code and Develop CIO / MIO Maps and Workflows in Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar

Solve tickets/incidences received from customer as part of Support team member

She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar
