Job summary

Vlink is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer on a contract basis with strong experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS/ExpressJS, and MongoDB. The candidate should be able to independently design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.

They should also be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Backend experience with NodeJS/ExpressJS and MongoDB.
• Understanding of REST APIs, auth, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Build robust APIs and backend services with ExpressJS.
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and data modelling.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to meet timelines.
• Use AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, docs, and tests.
• Stay aware of tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, code-review aids, and automation/test harnesses.
• Review code and guide junior developers; uphold engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance and reliability.

• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
