Trika Technologies is hiring a skilled frontend/full-stack developer to build customer-facing e-commerce websites and web apps with intuitive UX and robust backend integration. You will collaborate with PM, PO, and a development team, providing technical leadership to maximize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript with strong ReactJS experience.
• Experience building responsive, high-performance web apps with clean UX.
• Backend integration using REST APIs and NodeJS.
• Knowledge of at least one database (MongoDB/NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Exposure to UI performance optimization and Lighthouse scores.

WHAT You will be doing

You will be responsible for building customer‑facing e‑commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations. Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and a team of developers. You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential. You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client’s business growth.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Strong in Javascript ES6 and Typescript, HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS, or Tailwind)
• Good experience in ReactJS
• Experience in developing web applications with strong debugging skills
• Experience in at least one backend technology – REST APIs, NodeJS
• At least one database like mongoDB, NoSql, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Exposure to UI performance improvement techniques – e.g., page speed improvement, Lighthouse scores, etc.

Good To Have

• Experience in any e‑commerce platform added advantage
• Cloud platform experience – AWS / Google Cloud
• Next.js exposure

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate – BE / B.Tech or equivalent
• 6 to 10 years of experience
• Self‑motivated and quick learner with excellent problem‑solving skills
• A good team player with nice communication skills
• Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment
