Job summary

Workfall is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend). You will build RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems while working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Join a fast-paced team, collaborate with Product, UX, and QA, mentor juniors, and help optimize production performance in an Agile environment. Bengaluru-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend technologies.
• Experience in building REST APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS services is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Required Skills and Experience

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have skills

• AWS Certification
• Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience working with messaging queues (Kafka/SQS/RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks like Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
