Job Description

Looking for Application Support Analysts and Support Engineers to join our expanding team. These roles would suit either recent graduates interested in data analytics or programming, or more experienced engineers looking to develop their skills further and careers.

1. 1st Level support for all IT Applications
2. Tickets to be maintained in Desk tool
3. Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
4. Ticket escalation to the functional/technical team when required
5. Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times
6. Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
7. Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required

Requirements

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Basic Technical Skills in C++, JAVA, ASP.NET
3. Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Understanding of software development cycle
7. Excellent written and spoken English
8. Flexibility – responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work
9. Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and in person
10. Understanding of change and release management
11. Helpdesk Ticket & Service tool Management
