CareerXperts Consulting is seeking Technology M&A / IT Due Diligence professionals to support a fast-growing global M&A practice focused on Private Equity & Corporate Transactions. You will lead IT due diligence engagements, assess technology landscapes, and develop red-flag reports for senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analyzing IT costs, separations, and technology investments, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities across cloud, cybersecurity and legacy environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT due diligence in technology-centric transactions.
• Knowledge of tech applications, infrastructure and operating models in deal contexts.
• Ability to identify technology risks and deal-impacting issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead / support IT Due Diligence engagements across M&A transactions.
• Assess applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and technology operating models.
• Identify technology risks, technical debt and deal-impacting issues.
• Develop IT DD and red-flag reports for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse IT costs, standalone requirements and technology investments.
• Identify technology value-creation and synergy opportunities.
• Support IT PMI, carve-outs, separation and TSA planning.
• Work with global teams, senior stakeholders and transaction leaders.
