Job summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Merchandising for one of our leading premium footwear retail clients based in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have experience in premium retail, fashion or footwear, with a strong grounding in merchandising, product planning, assortment and inventory management, and a proven ability to drive commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium retail, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, product planning, assortment and inventory.
• Experience in managing product categories and driving commercial performance.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Footwear/fashion retail experience preferred.
