Job summary

ENSEMBLE is seeking an Online Merchandiser for the Men's wear & accessories category to drive growth in the company’s e-commerce store. You will analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for partners, acting as the in-house expert for the category.

Reporting to the E-commerce team, you will plan launches, updates, and featured products, collaborate with marketing and buyers, and help optimize sell-through while expanding product coverage.

• Proven experience as a category manager or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles.
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profit for the assigned category.
• Create new and/or improved business reports.
• Plan product/collection launches, pages, content updates, and featured products.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to sync brand-wide strategies.
• Manage product launch calendar and coordinate with the E-commerce team.
• Work with Buyers to track incoming collections and expand product categories.
• Coordinate with customer service on product/on-site feedback to plan promotions and positioning.
• Maintain healthy sell-through of e-commerce inventory.

The role of Online Merchandiser requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce stores. The position is responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations for key partners. The Category Manager will serve as the in-house expert to grow the category- men's wear & accesories for Ensemble’s Online store.

• Responsible for maximizing sales and profit of the category assigned.
• Create new and/or improved business reports.
• Plan product/collection launch, pages, content updates, and featured products.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to sync brand-wide strategies
• Manage product launch calendar and work closely with the E-commerce team to get products set up and validated on site.
• Work closely with Buyers to track incoming collections, manage delays, and expand product categories.
• Work closely with customer service teams on products /on-site feedback to plan promotions and determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
• Maintain a healthy sell-through of Ecom inventory.
