SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
The Engineer - MEP Execution (Mechanical) is responsible for on-site execution and monitoring of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting. The role ensures adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reduce rework and material wastage
- Support cost control through efficient execution
- Assist in budget adherence
- Improve productivity through proper planning
Customer Perspective
- Deliver quality mechanical installations
- Support timely testing and commissioning
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Enhance customer satisfaction through defect-free execution
Internal Process Perspective
- Execute HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems as per drawings
- Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress
- Ensure compliance with specifications and safety norms
- Coordinate with electrical and civil teams
- Prepare daily progress and inspection reports
- Assist in testing, commissioning and handover activities
