Job summary

Phensa is seeking a motivated MEP Designer to join our Engineering team. You will prepare, detail, and review Marine MEP and HVAC drawings for offshore projects, guiding junior designers and supporting senior engineers.

You will create and review detailed drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Join a team delivering marine and offshore excellence across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B.Tech in Marine, Mechanical, Civil Engg. or related discipline.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated MEP Designer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, detailing, and reviewing MEP and HVAC drawings for a variety of marine and offshore projects, while guiding junior designers and supporting senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, detail, and review Marine MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create, detail, and review Marine HVAC drawings using AutoCAD.
• Provide guidance to junior designers in design and drawing tasks.
• Support senior engineers in design and drawing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry codes and regulations.
• Work closely with project teams on offshore, marine, and oil & gas structures.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B.Tech in Marine, Mechanical, Civil Engg., or a closely related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in design office.
• Strong knowledge of Class rules, regulations, and international standards.
• Proven expertise in MEP & HVAC project within the Marine & Offshore industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced drawing techniques.
• Experience with 3D CAD modelling software is an advantage.
• Exposure to offshore, marine, or oil & gas industries preferred.
