Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Being the primary point of contact for IT support within a company.
2. Installing and configuring computer hardware.
3. Configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.
4. Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems.
5. Configuring switches and assigning switch ports to different VLANs.
6. Hands-on experience in using AnyDesk and Microsoft tools to solve technical issues via remote access.
7. Systems/Server administration (Windows MCP) and general networking (LAN switching, CCNA preferred).
8. Network implementation for LAN and WAN networks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience as IT Administrator or a relevant position.
2. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
3. Hands-on experience with Sophos devices and firewalls.
4. Basic troubleshooting on VPN tunnel issues (site-to-site).
5. Good troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Exchange servers.
6. Excellent communication abilities.
7. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
8. In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
