• Assign enrolled students to suitable mentors based on requirements.
• Create and manage communication groups with parents and mentors.
• Conduct regular feedback calls with parents and students.
• Monitor academic coordination and ensure service quality.
• Handle renewal reminders and pending EMI follow-ups professionally.

• Good communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
