About the Role

SmartX Technologies is hiring experienced professionals for various roles as part of a strategic engagement with one of the top MNCs. Selected candidates will work at the client location. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership and mentorship while contributing to cutting‑edge internal and client‑facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship (Primary - Onsite at Client Location):

• Guide and support a batch of 100 interns during daily sessions (6-7 hours).
• Deliver training, conduct code/design reviews, and resolve intern queries.
• Track attendance, performance, and maintain feedback.
• Ensure learning outcomes are met in coordination with SmartX project leads.

Internal & Client Projects (Secondary):

• Contribute to ongoing technical development, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years in Java Full Stack development.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Hands‑on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.

Prior mentoring/training experience.

Fluent in English and ability to handle a batch of 100 interns.

Working Hours

Internship Mentoring: 6-7 hours per day

Internal Project Work: Remaining hours to complete a full 8‑hour workday
