Job description

Work Mode : Work from Office - 5 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience with Mendix Data Hub, ERP integrations, or legacy system modernization projects.
• Mendix Advance Developer Certification is musta .
• 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in Mendix development, including experience in Mendix 9+ versions. Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable enterprise applications using Mendix.
• Certified Mendix Advanced or Expert Developer (preferred).
• Experience in microservices, REST APIs, OData, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of domain modelling, page design, and workflow configuration in Mendix.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and integration with external services/systems.
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns, application lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure) and containerization(Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with unit testing, automated testing tools, and performance tuning in Mendix.
