Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate UEFI BIOS features across Intel, AMD, and Arm platforms.
• Develop BIOS firmware using UEFI, PI specs, EDK II, Aptio V.
• Collaborate with silicon vendors and hardware teams to define platform requirements.
• Enable new silicon and reference platforms from early bring-up through production release.
• Debug complex system boot issues involving CPU init, memory, PCIe, power management, security and firmware components.
• Perform low-level firmware debugging using ITP, JTAG, UART and logic analyzers.
• Analyze hardware schematics and board layouts to diagnose system-level issues.
• Implement and maintain PCIe, ACPI, SMBIOS, USB, TPM, Secure Boot interfaces.
• Drive firmware quality and performance improvements and work with validation teams to resolve issues.
• Document firmware architecture and debugging methodologies.
