Responsibilities include:

1. OS Installation and Troubleshooting
2. OS Installing such as Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, and Win 10
3. Drivers & Application Software Installation
4. Data Backup, Restore, and Data Sharing
5. Installing Windows, partition creation, user updating, and maintenance
6. PC Assembling and Hardware Components Upgrade
7. Cable Crimping, LAN connectivity & Internet sharing on LAN
8. Manage Local Area Network
9. Printer Installation, Sharing, and Troubleshooting
10. Cartridge rifling of printer
11. Diagnose and Troubleshoot Technical Issues
12. MS Outlook configuration, backup, restore, and Troubleshooting
13. Manage Antivirus
14. Online Remote Troubleshooting
15. Server Installation such as Win Server 2008, 2012, and 2016
16. Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting of services on need basis
