Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Analytical R&D Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting pharmaceutical innovation and regulatory compliance. Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing analytical tasks related to Assay, Dissolution Profiles, Related Substances, GC, IC, and physical parameters.
• Developing dissolution/assay/RS methods and preparing AMD reports.
• Conducting calibrations and ensuring accuracy of analytical instruments.
• Performing analysis for API qualification, DMF review, impurity profiling, and drug-excipient interaction studies.
• Preparing method development strategy reports and impurity nature reports.
• Executing forced degradation studies, literature reviews, and stability assessments.
• Maintaining GLP and GDP practices, online documentation, and timely reporting.
• Preparing and revising SOPs, handling deviations, incidents, DCRF, and change controls.
• Ensuring audit readiness for customer and regulatory inspections.
• Procuring columns, impurities, and project‑specific chemicals.
• Coordinating with service engineers for instrument troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

To apply, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis), MSc. Analytical Chemistry, MSc. General Chemistry, MSc. Applied Chemistry.
• Experience: 5–8 years in Analytical R&D within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in method development, validation, and analytical instrumentation.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory documentation and international compliance standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage audits effectively.
