Job Role & Responsibilities

The Executive (Analytical R&D) will play a crucial role in supporting the analytical development of biologics and vaccine programs. The position involves advanced analytical testing, method development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the integrity and quality of Cadila’s pharmaceutical innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute analytical method development, qualification, and validation for biologics and vaccines.
• Perform hands-on testing using analytical platforms such as HPLC/UPLC, Mass Spec, ELISA, SDS-PAGE/Western Blot, UV-Vis, pH, and Osmolality.
• Conduct stability studies and oversee raw material, in-process control (IPC), and finished product release testing.
• Review analytical records and ensure full compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, and audit response documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, QA, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams for seamless project execution.
• Facilitate technology transfer and provide analytical troubleshooting support.
• Ensure laboratory safety compliance and operational readiness of analytical facilities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
• Preferred courses: Molecular Biology, Bioprocess Technology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Analytical R&D with exposure to biologics, biosimilars, or vaccine projects.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
