We are actively Medical Scientists and Pathology Technicians with 1–3 years of clinical experience and relevant Australian qualifications (AIMS/NATA-accredited environments) to join our global network of healthcare influencers. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity to leverage your diagnostic expertise and influence the future of pathology by participating in:

• Laboratory Innovation Surveys: Share your frontline perspective on Australian diagnostic protocols, the performance of novel assays, and the practical integration of genomic testing and molecular tools.
• Diagnostic Device Advisory Boards: Participate in 1-on-1 consultations to optimize the ergonomics and software usability of automated analyzers, Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) in regional settings, and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Pathology Workflow Optimization: Lead discussions on streamlining the "Total Testing Process"—from pre-analytical specimen logistics to post-analytical reporting—to improve laboratory turnaround times and patient outcomes across the Commonwealth.
