Job summary

Elekta in Gurgaon is seeking a Medical Physics professional to deliver training on Elekta products and provide prompt customer support across teams. With 4-5 years in Medical Physics, you will travel extensively (about 70%) to client sites and coordinate with the training team to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Radiological Physics or MSc in Medical Physics required.
• RSO certification from a recognized university/institute is desirable.
• Excellent communications and computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Elekta products to customers.
• Provide proactive customer support and coordinate with team members.
• Ensure compliance with Elekta policies and act as a bridge to customer satisfaction.

DESCRIPTION –

• A Medical Physics professional with 4-5 years' experience in Medical Physics preferably with Elekta products.
• Will be responsible to deliver training in different Elekta Products, provide prompt customer support and works in co-ordination with all the team members.
• Willing to travel extensively to deliver the training (Approx 70%).
• Will be Based out of Gurgaon Office
