• Diagnose and evaluate patients with malignant and hematological cancers.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and current oncology guidelines.
• Administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies including: chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy.
• Monitor treatment response and modify plans when required.
• Coordinate patient care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
• Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical discussions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
• Support palliative and supportive care initiatives to enhance patients' quality of life.
