GRPL India (Galaxy Resource Private Limited) is seeking a Medical Director Neurosurgeon in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires 10+ years of neurosurgical practice and leadership experience, with MCh/DNB after MBBS and valid NMC registration.

Qualifications

• MCh / DNB Neurosurgery after MBBS with valid NMC/state registration.

• Leadership or administrative hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Head the neurosurgery department and report to the Chief Medical Officer on quality and outcomes.
• Perform brain, spine and peripheral nerve surgery, including emergency trauma cases.
• Write and enforce clinical protocols, and mentor junior surgeons, residents and nursing staff.
• Plan departmental budgets, equipment, staffing and OT schedules.
• Lead audits and quality-improvement work and bring in newer surgical techniques.
• Take part in hospital committees, CMEs and clinical research.
