Multi Recruit is seeking a skilled data abstractor with 5+ years of experience in medical data and oncology data abstraction. You will work with EMR/EHR systems to extract and review clinical information from patient charts, ensuring precise cancer-related data capture and high-quality documentation.

Candidates should have expertise in oncology terminology, cancer types, treatments, coding systems, and clinical documentation standards, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• 5+ years of experience in medical data abstraction.
• Strong experience in oncology data abstraction.
• Knowledge of oncology terminology, diagnoses, treatments, staging, and clinical documentation.
• Experience with EMR/EHR and medical records.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 5+ years of experience in medical data abstraction
• Strong experience in oncology data abstraction
• Knowledge of oncology terminology, diagnoses, treatments, staging, and clinical documentation
• Experience working with EMR/EHR and medical records
• Ability to review and abstract accurate clinical information from patient charts
• Knowledge of cancer types, treatment modalities, pathology, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgical procedures
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Requirements :

• Experience with oncology registries / cancer registry abstraction
• Knowledge of ICD, CPT, ICD-O and related medical coding/classification systems
• Experience working with healthcare/clinical data projects
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
