Qualifications

• Follow instructions shared by state-side team.
• Open for night shift. Flexible to work on Saturday during high volume.

Clinical Data Abstractor – Job description

Clinical Data Abstractor is a hands-on role responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records to extract key medical data and information to update client application. Role and Responsibilities: Clinical abstractor is responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records to extract key data and information. Review patient information, electronic health records, medical history, laboratory results, diagnoses, and treatments. Considers all documented system information as well as any additional records/data presented to develop a determination. Data gathering requires navigation through multiple system applications. Utilizes client systems to build, research and enter member information. Detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills and can work with healthcare providers to ensure documents are up to date and accurate. Adept at working independently or within team environment/Self Starter. Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize responsibilities for high volume of workload. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Oncology/Clinical data abstraction Graduate in any stream except B.Tech/Technical background. Understand patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
