Job summary

ACCUMED Practice Management Medical Billers Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking experienced Medical Coders with UAE healthcare coding experience to join our RCM Operations team. The role focuses on UAE medical coding, ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS across multi-specialty outpatient coding and claims processing.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in Medical Coding, UAE Submission/Resubmission experience, and Active AAPC or AHIMA certification, with strong mentoring and communication skills to support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
• Experience in UAE Healthcare Coding.
• Experience in UAE Submission / Resubmission is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS.
• Experience in multi-specialty outpatient coding.
• Knowledge of E&M and surgical coding.
• Good understanding of UAE coding, billing and insurance guidelines.
• Ability to review medical records and identify appropriate codes.
• Ability to identify coding-related denials and documentation gaps.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to support and guide Associate Coders.
