Responsibilities

• Support denial management and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure full compliance with federal regulations and HIPAA standards
• Communicate with physicians for documentation clarity when needed
• Support denial management and audit processes
• Stay current on payer rules, compliance updates, and industry guidelines
• Partner with the revenue cycle team to improve reimbursement success and reduce coding errors
