Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies accurately and on time.
• Enter patient, insurance and billing details into billing software and spreadsheets.
• Review claims for errors, missing information and incorrect codes before submission.
• Follow up on pending, denied and rejected claims and help resolve the issues.
• Post payments, check payment records and reconcile accounts receivable.
• Maintain billing records and prepare daily and weekly claims and collections reports in Excel.
• Follow healthcare compliance, data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

• Students and recent graduates in B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BDS, BPT, B.Sc (Nursing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology), BBA, B.Com, BAMS, BHMS or any related field
• Freshers interested in building a career in medical billing and healthcare operations
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection
• Monthly stipend of INR 14,500 to INR 16,000
• Hands-on experience on live medical billing projects
