Job summary

AccuChart.AI, part of Orci Care Inc., seeks a Junior Medical Biller to join the Medical Billing team. You will prepare and submit insurance claims, verify patient information, and assist with denial management to ensure accurate revenue cycle operations.

Based in Hyderabad HITEC City, you will work with internal teams to maintain billing accuracy, follow payer guidelines, and adapt to new billing software updates while delivering timely, compliant claims in the US healthcare market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or a related healthcare process.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare and insurance processes.
• Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility before claim submission.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate medical claims using billing software.
• Review patient billing information and identify missing or inaccurate details.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Medical Biller to join our Medical Billing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in medical billing who are eager to build their career in the US healthcare industry.

The Junior Medical Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting insurance claims, verifying patient information and insurance eligibility, following up on unpaid claims, assisting with denial management, and ensuring accurate billing in accordance with payer guidelines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft 365.
• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
