Job summary

Medusind is seeking fresh graduates in BHMS, BAMS, BDS or BPT for roles in product classification and research. You will classify products per client standards, perform required internet research, and ensure timely completion of targets with accuracy.

Team collaboration and adherence to client guidelines are essential in this role, with regular communication to seniors as needed. The position is in Chennai, operates on a day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with weekends off, and offers industry-leading

Responsibilities

• Classify medical products according to client schema, UNSPSC, etc.
• Conduct internet-based research as required by clients.
• Meet assigned tasks/targets with speed and accuracy per client SLAs.
• Work cohesively in a team; assist teammates to achieve shared goals.
• Comply with client/project guidelines, quality system, and policies.
• Communicate issues to seniors promptly and escalate when needed.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in medical products and services.

Job description

Work with the given information regarding Medical, Surgical, Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmaceutical products and conduct internet-based research as required by the clients.

Classify the products according to the standards defined (Client schema /UNSPSC etc.)

Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs

Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.

Compliance with client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, company's quality system, and policies.

Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner

Keep self-up-to-date on the latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in medical field.
