Job summary

Zydus Group is seeking a Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) for field-based work in Mumbai. You will serve as a scientific resource, exchange knowledge with healthcare professionals, support clinical research, and provide strategic insights to internal teams.

The role emphasizes medical education, IITs, publications, and collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs to shape medical strategy and educational programs.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry only.
• Strong knowledge of therapy is essential.
• External customer focus with strong networking capabilities and integration with KOLs.
• Ability to understand, process, communicate and present scientific information to a high standard.
• Understanding of clinical development and Good Clinical Research Practice is preferable.
• Excellent influencing, networking, presentation and communication skills and a proven track record of cross-functional team working.

Job Summary:

The Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) is a field-based medical role responsible for scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs), supporting clinical research, and providing scientific and strategic insights to internal stakeholders. The RMA acts as a key scientific resource for the medical community and contributes to the medical strategy of the organization.
