Job summary

Alembic Pharmaceuticals in Mumbai seeks a Medico Marketing professional to build strong relationships with KOLs and KBAs, support medical education initiatives, and drive market access strategies. The role involves medical writing, conference representation, and mentorship of medical advisors and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have MBBS and MD with 1–5 years in medico marketing or related medical services, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with domestic and international teams.

Qualifications

• MBBS and MD mandatory
• 1–5 years of experience in Medico Marketing / Medical services
• Experience with medical education and stakeholder engagement preferred

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships with KOLs and KBAs to improve treatment modalities and market access.
• Handle medical writing tasks including monographs, manuscripts, and promotional material approvals.
• Represent the organization at CMEs, conferences, and advisory boards; manage medical queries and speaker programs.
• Lead medico marketing strategies, organize academic conferences, and train medical advisors and field teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs for managers and sales teams; contribute to e-learning modules.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• - Building sustainable relationships with KOLs and KBAs, sharing expertise with them, to improve treatment modalities and engage them into various activities and importantly gaining market access of our products. Planning target segments for key brands, formulating strategic interventions towards those select target groups
• - RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT WOULD NOT LIMIT TO THE FOLLOWING:- Medical affairs related activities:- Medical writing :- Review and development of Monographs/Manuscripts/ Rationale/ Drug utilization survey /Medical text approvals for (VAs/LBLs/Reminder cards/Carton artwork/ABPI/PI etc. and other promotional material related to marketing Creation of Expert opinion questionnaire. Perception mapping and consultancy agreements for external stakeholders.
• - Representation at the CMEs/Conferences/Advisory boards as participant or Speaker. Medical queries handling (PMT/ Field and Doctors) KOL / KBA engagement programs and Slide-deck creation Mentor and trainer of the medical advisors, Domestic / International sales and marketing teams
• - Medico marketing strategies. Successful implementation and close monitoring of special campaigns. Speaker in Academic Conferences. Representation of Organization at conferences in India and Abroad as Speaker. Clinical educator for all Specialty divisions and super specialties Sales training related activities: Annual budget for all Specialties and super-specialties divisions.
• - Organizing and conducting Classroom training and Refreshers for Managers, PMTs, BEs Development and implementation of e-learn modules for TMs, RMs and ZMs.

Education Qualifications: MBBS & MD ( Must)

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Medico Marketing / Medical services
