Confluencr - Global Influencer Marketing Agency in Bengaluru is seeking a Production Intern to join the on-site production team. You will assist in planning and executing shoots for brand and creator content, support on-ground activities, and manage equipment to ensure smooth on-site delivery.

You will gain hands-on exposure to real brand shoots, learn end-to-end production in a digital marketing setup, and collaborate closely with creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content.

• Handle and manage production equipment (camera, lights, audio gear, etc.).
• Ensure all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, talent, and operations) for shoot requirements.
• Help in managing shoot logistics – locations, props, schedules, and permissions.
• Be actively involved during shoots to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in basic production documentation and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content


• Support on‑ground production activities including set preparation and coordination


• Handle and manage production equipment (camera, lights, audio gear, etc.)


• Ensure all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use


• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, talent, and operations) for shoot requirements

Requirements
