Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, launching, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Research target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and location.
• Support campaign planning and strategy development.
• Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and settings.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative team to develop ad creatives.
• Support daily optimization and performance improvement.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads features and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, launching, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and digital marketing trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram.
• Interest in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus, but not mandatory.
