Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Project Engineer with BE Mechanical and 3-6 years of relevant experience for a Dahej location. The role involves planning and executing chemical/petrochemical projects, handling piping and welding standards, and equipment/utility erection duties.

You will coordinate vendor activities, ensure quality, and manage multiple sites. Key tasks include GA/Isometrics review, pipeline construction, and procurement support for vessels, pumps, valves, and piping items.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in chemical/petrochemical project execution.
• Knowledge of piping and welding standards is essential.
• Experience with equipment erection and utility projects is required.
• Experience in SOR preparation and coordinating projects is needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project activities from initiation to completion.
• Oversee fabrication and erection of equipment and piping.
• Coordinate piping fabrication, erection and welding activities.
• Oversee structure/equipment erection, leveling and alignment checks.
• Review GA drawings, Isometrics and pipeline construction.
• Issue enquiries, follow up with vendors and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate procurement for vessels, pumps, blowers, valves and piping items.
• Ensure quality control, NDT and testing are performed.
