You will perform maintenance activities, document in CMMS/Maximo, support TPM initiatives, and coach junior team

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in facility and utility equipment maintenance including compressors, HVAC, pumps, and water treatment.
• Willingness to work on-site and adhere to HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
• Execute lubrication and condition-monitoring activities.
• Attend to breakdowns and restore equipment within target downtime.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS/Maximo and generate breakdown reports.
• Support TPM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure PPE usage and permit compliance.
