Job summary

Flying Collars Solutions is seeking a Head Mechanical Maintenance for its steel wire manufacturing unit (Silvassa). You will supervise maintenance activities to ensure quality and on-time completion, and identify spares for procurement to support production planning.

You will also analyse costs, budgeting, and audit data, contributing to RCA when needed. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E.) and leadership of maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct spares identification for procurement to avoid downtime.
• Analyse cost and budgeting, and audit data for cost control.
• Participate in RCA when appointed to analyze root causes.
