Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹ 35,000 per month

Job Summary

Core Institute of Technology is looking for a skilled and passionate Mechanical Faculty / Trainer to train students and professionals in Mechanical Engineering design, MEP concepts, and industry-relevant software applications. Candidates with strong technical knowledge and practical software skills are encouraged to apply. Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Mechanical Engineering and MEP concepts.
• Teach industry-standard software used in mechanical design and project execution.
• Support students through practical, project-based learning.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students in real-time industry projects and portfolio development.
• Monitor student progress and provide technical mentorship.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Good understanding of MEP Design concepts.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and MS Excel.
• Understanding of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Mechanical Systems.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and construction workflows.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Autodesk Recap, COBie, and Autodesk Insight.
• Understanding of LOD 100–500 standards.
• Experience in handling capstone projects and portfolio development.
• Teaching or industry experience preferred.
