The ideal candidate will have a broad mechanical engineering background with strong proficiency in PTC Creo (3D CAD), sheet metal design, and AutoCAD, along with hands-on experience in electrical panel design and container/enclosure design. **Key Qualifications** The preferred candidate will have: * A background in Mechanical Engineering and product development within the power conversion and/or renewable energy sector, specifically in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.* Relevant industry experience.* Strong experience in site issue resolution, leading root cause analysis (RCA), and providing solutions to commissioning teams for project-specific issues.
